He was very polite, showed us where the bathrooms were (desperately needed) and then quickly took us to the vehicle. In the vehicle, had cold beverages waiting for us. Very smooth trip to our resort. Just like he said, the arrival instructions were in my email the day prior to arrival. Pickup was easy as the driver held a sign with my name outside the terminal. He loaded our luggage and off we were to our resort. The Cadillac Escalade was comfortable and he even provided beer and water. He told us lots of fun facts about his country on the drive. He knew the layout of our resort and exactly where to take us for private checkin. Two days prior to our departure Julio reached out to schedule a pickup time of our liking and that day the same driver was waiting (he was even 30 min early) and allowed us time to grab coffee before leaving for the airport.
