I highly recommend, if you don't buy a SIM card, download Whatsapp or something similar and use that number when you fill out the form so they can communicate with you.

I started the communication with Julio on the chat online and asked to change it to what’s app. Things were easy and when we got to the airport... read more Juan was waiting for us. He even stopped at the bank so we can get cash out. I had options to pay cash, zelle or cash app.
The day before leaving Julio communicated with us asking when we wanted to be picked up. This is now my ONLY go to taxi company when traveling to Punta cana! I highly recommend.

He was there at the airport and visible in the sea of people with a sign with my name clearly on it. On our 45 min drive to the hotel he answered all of our questions about Punta Cana and the Dominican from animals to fruit and made the drive go fast. Very personable and one of the friendliest people ive met. The vehicle was spotless, scent free and air conditioned. The service was just excellent all around, I would 100% book with this company again! Thanks Alex for making our trip go so smoothly from start to finish.
