We used the VIP service at the airport so the airport staff contacted the driver to come to a new location and within a few minutes our driver was there and off we went to our resort in a nice, really clean van!! On our departure, Julio confirmed our return time and the driver was there exactly on time...and we made the short drive in a nice, very clean minivan with a wonderful driver! We were contacted by the company to verify we were satisfied with their service...which is a great touch in business.
