Alex spoke excellent English and answered all of our questions about the Dominican Republic on our 30min ride from the airport to our resort.

The day before we were scheduled to leave Julio contacted me to arrange our pickup time from the resort. Alex was there early, once again with a sign with my name, and cold water. We had a very safe ride back to the airport.

I would not hesitate to recommend Punta Cana Transfer to my friends and family.

  Great communication and service - Was given this company name by travel agent to help speed up process of resort check in by beating the bus of other traveller's. Flight was delayed until... read more middle of the night yet he was still waiting for me and my family at 2am. The return trip was delayed and they accommodated the changes with no problems. Using what's app for communication was easy and I would definitely use this service again.
I was also able to book tours with them, buggies adventures and bebe catamaran.
