I remained in contact with the coordinator via text to coordinate the trip back to the airport and regarding shopping. I was also able to specify what you want your welcome sign to state. The drivers were on time and the vehicles were air conditioned and in good repair. Overall great service. Will use again.

I scheduled round trip transfer. The price is very reasonable. Julio reached out the day prior to travel to provide details and confirm. Our driver Cesar was already waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He was cordial and friendly. Julio kept in touch during the duration of our trip and confirmed our reservation the day prior. Our driver Berto arrived at the hotel 10 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival. He was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend them. They were timely and reliable, and their customer service is impeccable. I will definitely use them next time I travel to Punta Cana.
