Our driver Cesar was already waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He was cordial and friendly. Julio kept in touch during the duration of our trip and confirmed our reservation the day prior. Our driver Berto arrived at the hotel 10 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival. He was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend them. They were timely and reliable, and their customer service is impeccable. I will definitely use them next time I travel to Punta Cana.
